When I turn my dishwasher on, no water enters... I have checked all my taps and they are on, al the filetrs are clear. I do not have a manual as I bought the house with the dishwasher already in it. the model is 52B850
The simplest thing would be the water valve.....if you know how you can check it for resistance and power at the solenoid when appropriate. If you dont know what i an talking about the call fro help....good luck

is the water outlet pipe clear check by blowing down the pipe to see if the pipe is clear as sometimes remained water in the bottom of the machine is not pumped out so the machine cant go onto the next cycle, I know it sounds funny but when I moved from my old address I left the dishwasher someone collected my old washing machine and turned the stopcocks off under the sink for both machines and forgot to turn the dishwasher tap back on again leaving the dishwasher not working, its a possibility eric
Water-inlet valve
The water-inlet valve lets water enter the machine. If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.
Float switch
The float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. If this switch is defective, or if the plastic float gets caught or trapped in the raised position, the water can't enter the dishwasher. If the float switch is defective, you need to replace it.
F6 error fault code
This is the Water tap closed. What that means is that the flow meter is not recording water entering the dishwasher, this can be a water tap turned off (suprisingly more common than you'd think, after new flooring or decorating has taken place),
water hose kinked or blocked, the dishwasher water soleniod valve defective.
You should actually disconnect the hose from the dishwasher end and check that water can go through it, otherwise it could be a faulty anti-flood device in the hose. Failing this, you may have a faulty inlet solenoid.
Turn off the tap. Pull it out and disconnect the hose from the back of the dishwasher. Put the machine end of the hose in a bucket, and turn the tap on. If water gets through the hose, then there may be a faulty circuit board or inlet solenoid. I would be inclined to either get someone else, or take a guess on the solenoid first as it is the cheaper part. Of course check that the hose is not getting kinked behind the dishwasher. If no water gets through the hose when not attached to the dishwasher, it may have a faulty water block (anti flood device, usually at the tap end), Replace the hose and you will be all good. Hope this helps Adam
It obviously is related to the pump and outlet hoses.
If it is a tap in waste then check for obstruction there,
Remove drain hose completely and run water though it to make sure it is fully clear.
Check inside the pump itself for any obstruction , if you are satisfied that every thing is o/k, then as a last resort, fit new pump.
Plz leave feedback for this solution.
Thanks.
I have a similar problem. When the water stops entering,I momentarily turn on my main kitchen cold water tap, and believe it or not,the machine carries on working!!
