PBC means playback control - generally a way for the user to control playback of Video CDs through on-screen menus. Unless it stops you from watching any discs, you don't need to worry about it.

Where is wps on Belkin n1 vision?

Before you will be able to use this function, you will have to log into your router and enable WPS push button in the security settings.

Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup
WPS uses WPA2 (described below) for encryption. It does not
provide additional security, but rather, standardizes the method for
securing your wireless network. You may use either the Push Button
Configuration (PBC) method or PIN method to allow a device access to your wireless network. Conceptually, the two methods work as follows:
PBC: Push and hold the WPS button located on the back of your N1
Vision for three seconds. Then, initiate the WPS procedure on the client device within two minutes. Refer to your client's documentation on this procedure. Pushing the PBC button will automatically enable WP

I don't know how to change keys. No manual. What do the osd and pbc buttons do on the remote, and the bscan and fscan buttons do on the machine?

OSD means on-screen display (clock, counter, etc. if applicable). Press OSD button and observe the screen.

PBC is playback control (applies to Video CDs to allow the user to interact with them using menus) - not a very reliable function for this disc format.

B-Scan & F-Scan generally means back and forward scan (search) respectively. They're a bit like fast forward or rewind functions in a VCR - press those buttons while a music CD is loaded and see what they do. (probably skip forward or backward over a track and you can observe the counter display while doing so)

It's very simple really once you have done it a few times. The bonus here is that it didn't cost you anything to ask, and won't involve any repairs by a workshop, as long as the player works fine overall.

Where and what is the PBC button on the wireless linksys router?

Push Button Configuration (PBC)

NOTE: The PBC method is to be used if the wireless client device (device that you are using to connect to the network) has a WPS button (either an actual one or a virtual one).

Step 1:
Click or press the WPS button on the client device.

Step 2:
Click the WPS button on the Linksys device. A pop-up window from the Wireless > Basic Wireless Security tab of the Linksys device will appear. This window will indicate the progress of WPS client configuration.

What is the PBC button ?

The PBC button is used to automatically configure a connection. If you have a router that supports it and a wireless adapter, then you just have to push the button on the router, then the button on the adapter, they will create a secure connection between the two and you have a working, secure wireless connection.
