Your connections are not good at the battery. Are the cable ends that attach to the battery clean? Are they making good contact with the battery. With the cables connected and after you try to start measure voltage by placing the test leads directly on the battery post. You should see 12.4 volts. Now place the leads directly on to the battery cable ends. You should see exactly the same voltage. If not it's the connection that are not good.
check for weak battery should have 12.6 volts if not battery weak or dead, have battery charged and check out.if battery hold charge then more likely alternator not charging battery due to faulty voltage regulator.if battery weak cant be charged battery need replacing also clean or replace battery cables, clean corrossion from battery cables.
If it doesn't anything at all, not a indicator light nothing, it is likely the battery is the problem and will need replacing. Make sure the charger is good first. If the battery is completely open it will not run even with the AC cord connected.
first check battery for Am and voltage . replace the battry if it's use for more than one year. fix new battery and folow up by drive your's car two kilometer then check battery cable if it;s hot means overcharging . you can check with use head light accilerate if lights more white or more high . voltage regulator must be replace for the alternator .
A simple load test on your current battery will tell you if it's the battery. Double check all connections are clean, tight & in good shape. Usually autoparts places, or garages will test it free.
