Don't try adjust or get it fixed. If you have only just bought it, call the dealer or take it back to him or you will invalidate your warranty and that is not worth it. Let the dealer worry about it.

It sounds like the pump is not functioning at all, if the unit is under warranty then I would suggest taking it back ti the manufacturer. To replace this unit while under warranty would not be worth the time or cost in parts and labor. Nothing can be done without having to dis-assemble the unit.
