HE doesnt mean its a male machine......it means there is a heating fault. And further more as it cuts the power the heating element is down to earth. The heater will have to be replaced, BUT check it with a megger first to make sure or you might spens some money that you dont have to. Good luck with the HE machine. Tony the technician down under.

Why does it consistently stop 10 minutes into drying cycle and display PF error?

Start with power. Try using a different outlet or extension cord to eliminate your outlet as a problem. examine your cord, look at the prongs to see any melting. if all ok next step is to look at power coming in to control.

ERROR MESSAGE SAYS UNABLE TO CLEAN

Hi you can try
This works with most Brother printers

Procedure how to reset the error 46 error (unable to clean). This can be done on every Brother inkjet machine with a numeric keypad.

- Machine off
- Switch on the machine while holding down the “menu” button until all the leds are flashing on/off. Now you are in “maintenance” mode.
- press 80
- press the “mono start” button several times until you see “purge: xxxx”
- press “2783” in order to reset the purge counter. You will see: “purge:0000”
- press “99” to exit the maintenance mode

Now you are able to print again, but actually your ink absorber box is now full with ink. Ink flooding can happen if you don’t replace this ink box

Also can try.

Reset code.
Press menu then*2864 within 2 seconds (maint should be on the display and all the lights should be flashing, if not try again) press 80
then keep pressing black/mono start button until screen displays ‘purge count’
press 2783 to reset purge count
press stop/exit key
press 99
machine should return to normal

Hello!

Here is the "Unable to Clean" (code 46) solution:

The machine counts all purge (cleaning) operations in order to prevent the internal ink absorber box from overflowing with purged ink. An “initial purge”, for example, advances the purge counter by 187 + 420 = 607. When the purge counter approaches 6400, an internal "Machine Error 46" is generated. Further purge operations are prohibited, and therefore the printer becomes unuseable.

When an internal Machine Error 46 is generated, the user will see an “Unable to Clean” external message and will be unable to use the printer. The “Unable to Clean” external message can relate to many different internal error codes however.

The user can establish the internal Machine Error Code as follows: pull the mains cable out of the machine (power off), hold down the Menu/Set key, re-insert the mains cable into the machine (power on). The internal Machine Error Code will be displayed.

If there is a Machine Error 46, it is necessary to dismantle the printer, replace the ink absorber box (or possibly break the ink absorber box open and clean its absorbent sponges under a tap), re-assemble the printer and reset the purge counter to zero.

Solution no. 1. (DCP-110C):

The proper reset code sequence to reset DCP printers without numeric keypad should be as follows:

1. press buttons Set, Menu, Mono Start one by one, followed by up arrow key four times.this should all be done as short a time as possible, around 3 seconds.

2. enter maintenance mode 80 by pressing the up/down arrow key and set key to select numbers 8 and 0

3. press up arrow key several times to get to the Purge item

4. enter 2, 7, 8 and 3 using arrow/set keys to reset the counter

5. press Stop/Exit key to go to root of maintenance mode

6. enter 9,9 to exit maintenance mode

My samsung washing machine model WA13513 13.5kg load had 8E error message popping out from the screen. Is the computer board damaged?

OVER CURRENT ERROR – Display shows 8E. IPM fault signal (this is caused by the overload of the MICOM INTO during motor action).
IPM: Integrated power module. The IPM controls the motor.
If the fault (low signal) happens to be sensed even once during the washing/rinsing stage, the motor stops immediately. However, during the dehydrating stage the signal is to be sensed, when the number of signals reads more than 6 per 500ms during the Washing or Rinsing cycle action.
If the motor stops working, in one direction ten times, “8E” Error is displayed.
During dehydrating, when the overload is sensed, the motor stops working at once and then feeds back to the initial stage of the dehydration unbalance sensing. When the feed back has occcurred twice, Error “8E” is displayed during the dehydrating unbalance sensing, No error happens by overload sensing. When it happens at more than 800rpm, the process is stopped compulsorily. Power SIW OFF can clear the overload error.

would advise calling a tech... hope this helps.

My screen is powered but blank i need a way to reset system

when you turn on computer on gently tap F8 then when screen comes on select safe mode let it go ahead and finish loading.Sometimes after you do this and turn it back on it may load up normally. If it don't do same thing and then go to last known good configuration. Try that. Then let me know what happened.
God Bless Greg

DISPLAY READS: 80 SERVICE (01E4)

If you keep getting 80 service, first recycle the power to the printer (try a few times if the error doesn't go). If that doesn't work replace the MIO card (the bit the network cable goes in)

Message on screen 8E, Motor won't start on spin cycle. Model no Q1435(C/S/V)

This is what I found:
11. OVER CURRENT ERROR - Display shows 8E .
- IPM fault signal (that is caused by the overload of MICOM INT0 during motor action) is sensed.
IPM : Integrated power module. , IPM controls motor.
- If the fault signal (low signal) happens to be sensed even one time during cleansing/rinsing stage,
the motor stops immediately. However, during dehydrating stage the signal is to be sensed
when the number of signal is more than 6 for 500ms.
- During Cleansing or Rinsing
When the overload is sensed, the motor stops immediately and then proceeds to the next water-flow action.
If the stopping of the motor working is happens in one direction ten times,
"8E" Error is displayed.
- During dehydrating
When the overload is sensed, the motor stops to work at once and then feeds back to the initial
stage of the dehydration unbalance sensing.
When the feed back is continuously happened 2 times, "8E" Error is displayed
During the dehydrating unbalance sensing, No error happens by overload sensing.
When it happens at more than 800rpm, the process is stopped compulsorily.
-Power S/W Off can clear the overload error.
in short: imbalance problem
In a german forum one guy solved the problem by replacing the motor electronics. I am currently experiencing the same problem. I keep you posted.
