Question about EPoX EP-8K5A2+ Motherboard
Take a look at the capacitors on the motherboards.
Are any of them showing any signs of leaking, i.e., brown "rust" on the top of a cap,
or the top of a cap bulging -- not perfectly flat?
If so, then the motherboard is "toast". Replace it, since it is not "stable" enough to either install or to run Windows.
