I have a samsung r60plus laptop, it has very low sound even though the volume is up as high as it goes, it was fine yesterday.

    I have exactly the same problem, the bar graph signal meter barely gets above 25%.
    From a frosh boot, can't even get a windows sound to sound loud.

Check ur volume control settings under your accessories , or another program u may be running with a volume control.undo anything you done before u notice this malfunction

How do I get sound even if volume is as high as it goes?


Jill, it help if you list the make and model of the cell phone. For instance on my Samsung S3 I can have the volume at high but if I have the mute button engage from the gear/setup it overrides my volume.

Go to the Contol Panel, select System and Maintenance, select Power Options, select (both) to make changes: Computer Sleep, and Power button. I hope this Fix it

New Acer 6730 and the volume is low even though it is at maximum


when you go to volume in the sidebar in bottom right of the screen, go to mixer and see if any of the controls like 'device' and 'windows aplications' are turned up. on my laptop, its ok sound, but when i went to the mixer, i foubd that it was only producing 20% of what it could do! Have a look and see.

Can hear no sound during any form of playback


mybe she turnd off the sound try to turn it back up, on the side there are these buttons that go up and down, click on the one that goes up.. hope this helps

Poor Sound


Audio amplifier IC faulty that why you get very low volume. Else check audio driving circuit to the audio power amplifier. Contact service centre. as there is no rectification process from user part

Disappearing sound, Low sound, no sound


Unplug the system from the wall and plug in again...It worked for me...hope it works for you too.
