Hello, you have to check on your keyboard if it has 'Fn' sign, then if it is there, hold on it and locate key that has a mouse sigh on it and hit on it and try your mouse again. onboard mouse.

There is no sound in my laptop

1. Check the volume settings of the computer.
2. Try connecting external headphones to check if there is any error with internal speakers.
3. Reinstall Audio drivers and its updates.
4. Click on Start, Control Panel >Hardware and sound.
5. Open sound properties windows and in the playback devices tab, check if the internal speakers/HP option is selected as the default audio device.

Note: VPCEB series computers have a known issues with the internal speakers. The best option is get the internal speakers replaced for EB series.

I have a Toshiba LapTop Windows 7 My granddaughter pushed keys and now i can't get the cursor to move. I have tried shutting down and it is still frozen in the middle .

Are you using the trackpad to manipulate the cursor, or are you using an external mouse?

If you're using the trackpad, it may be as simple as using the Fn keys and the corresponding F keys at the top of the keyboard to enable the trackpad feature again. If that doesn't work, try plugging in an external mouse via USB port to see if that works.
If you're using an external mouse, then try to see if the cursor moves while using the trackpad.

Hopefully one of these options will give you control back over your cursor again.

Does vpceb37fx have a bluetooth if it has it isnt working what do i do ?

The reason the bluetooth isn't working is because it doesn't have bluetooth. Click on the following link to a cnet review for the Sony VAIO VPCEB37FX/BJ specifications...
http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/sony-vaio-eb-series/4507-3121_7-34192673.html?tag=specs
However, if you do have a Sony and it does have bluetooth, the process of bluetooth pairing to a device is not simple with Windows 7. Click on the following link for an article on how to do it...
