Question about Creative Labs WebCam Live!
Hello, I believe a disc came with it that makes it to tell you insert a disc. or maybe the disc was inside when you bought it. May a file is missing from the system that should have made it work.

My suggestion now is unplug the cable from your webcam to your computer. Then go to Creative Labs website, you can google Creative labs WebCam live drivers , just as I have written it. When the page on google comes up look for the official creative labs website and down load the latest drivers for your webcam from them. Once you have them then install them on your computer. The software may prompt you to plug the web cam back into your computer it may not. If it doesnt then once the drivers are installed then plug your webcam into your computer. A window should pop up saying a new device or new drivers are being installed. Once this completes reboot (restart) your computer and you should now be able to use your web cam. You may still have to adjust the image or the sound but the software will prompt you for that. I hope this helps you out and if it does please leave me some feed back.
