I purchased a HDDV 2200 video camcorder, which came with the nuVixion ArcSoft MediaImpression disc. I installed the disc and after 5 days it said it was expired. Then there was the option to activate so I chose this option, in which it then had me purchase certain items. Once this was purchased they emailed me an activation code, but the email disappeared before I could activate it. At this point I don't have the activation code and cannot get any customer service support through ArcSoft. How can I either have the activation code resent or just get my system up and running??

That's great, but why are you asking anyone else than Paypal or Reflective Entertainment what the problem is?  If you want codez this isn't the site.  Patently, PayPal takes a long time to settle for merchants; doublecheck your browser history of the purchase to cc with PayPal as an issue if you still have no code (check y'r spam folder, etc.) and give Reflective a carbon copy, expecting them to make good.  I mean, especially send Reflective a copy of the PayPal screen with personal details redacted (smudged out.) And this ain't a PC Desktop problem, but I'd put it down under Software/Tasty Planet....
