Question about Schwinn Cycling
The easiest way is to get a wire coat hanger, straighten it and bent the last 2" back on itself almost like the barb on a fishing hook or an arrow. push this into the seatpost and when it is inside, the end should "spring" back out, and catch on the narrower top of the seatpost allowing you to pull it back out. once out, you can just push the wire through the post to remove it.
