Question about Olympus Cameras
If you have a card reader on your computer, try removing the card from the camera. Then put it in the appropriate slot in the card reader. After a few seconds it should show up in my computer. You can open up one window with the folder where you want the images, and one for your memory card. The photos are usually in a folder called something like "DCIM" but it can vary by model.
If that was how you were trying to access them, you can also try plugging the camera into a USB port and seeing if that lets you transfer them. This probably won't work either if the computer isn't reading the card directly but its worth a shot. If neither work, the card probably went bad.
