I want it fast
There are lots of source avail to accelerate internet speed,just addthis my own tips to accelerate internet speed little better.
1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc
2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3. Expand the Network tab
4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box
6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %
Onceyou have done this click apply and restart your PC. After rebooting youshould see a noticeable improvement in your net speed(ref: google).justfind your internet speed herehttp://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/

Run a speed test here. Its going to take some time to load.
after you run the test, if the results come close to 50Kb/s for both upload and download, thats the fastest your internet goes to.
If its lower by more than 10, call your service provider and complain to them.
If you want fast speed, upgrade to DSL or even Cable internet.
