Pretty frustrating, huh? Especially with the wait time after you press each button. You'll be surprised at the solution.
I searched the manual, looked at all the options in the phone, searched the internet, and called tech support and talked to the guy for 20 minutes, all without any help.
I mentioned it one day to my receptionist. She took the phone, slid it open, and the keys were immediately ready for use. It's a shame Samsung never bothers to tell us about that. Or in the case of the tech support guy, don't even know.
It turns out to be a nice feature, and now whenever it asks me if I want to lock the keyboard, I say yes. I don't have to worry about starting a call if the phone is in my pocket and I move the wrong way. When I do want to use it, I just slide it open and get to work.

Hi,you can only get the unlock code for your sim by contacting your service provider and requesting for the code which will be given to you for free, just prove to them that you are the legal owner of the sim card.
Thanks and take care
