Question about Aragon 8008 MK II 2-Channel Amplifier
The reason they spark is that there is still power and load when you put the fuse in instead of putting the fuse in put a mains light bulb with its terminals onto the fuse terminals and this will safely discharge your capacitors and making sure that your power is off put your fuse in there should be no spark and switch on if the fuse still blows you have faulty gear

If you're replacing fuses with power applied it may be no mystery why they blow. On the other hand, maybe you're providing a discharge path for stored capacitance. Next time, with power OFF and unplugged, short the fuse holder contacts together first to discharge that spark.
