No ice or water coming out
Assuming the water is turned on and ice available to dispense, look for the lock on the dispenser. Most units have a lock to keep small people from playing with the water dispenser. Almost all units do not have a drain on the dispenser and by placing the unit in lock out, keeps the water from overflowing and damaging the floor. On most unit, find the lock and hold 5 to 10 seconds and then try the dispenser again.
If it is not locked out, your control card may have had damage done to it and the control card will probably need changing out. If your system is under warranty, call the 800 number and pay the small service fee and the technician can get the parts under warranty and sometimes the warranty also covers the labor. The technician will have to file a claim to the warranty department.
If you do not have water or ice, your problem is either the supply water has been shut off or your solenoid operated dual water vavle is malfuctioning and needs to be replaced. These dual water valve do have an upstream strainer that can get clogged and needs to be flushed or replaced. The strainer is part of the solenoid operated dual water valve.
Hope this helps.
