Question about Invoice2go

I'm getting a connection timeout error when I try to email, print or preview an invoice on invoice2go for ipad. What can I do to fix this? I have tried emailing invoice2go support, and I have had no response from them. Please help anyone.

    it only happens with invoice2go. What is Stanza?

    I've seen that the error is a known issue with iPhone and iPad that gives network error or lost of connection.

I deleted an invoice by accident how do i get it back??


That depends on where it was when you deleted it. If it was on your computer, check the "recycle bin". If it was in your email then check your trash bin (or what ever they call it). If it was on an external drive of some sort it might be lost... depending on your setup, anything deleted from an external drive like a thumb drive, might not go to the computers recycle bin when deleted.

Can i log into my invoice2go from any device


Yes, Invoice2go supports ipad, iphone, and PC Desktop. I'm currently evaluating the software and like it a lot, but have a bug issue on the PC Desktop version which is yet to be addressed by the developers. I have started a discussion/self-help group on google groups for Invoice2go:

Invoice2go says no internet connection when there is


Nothing to do with Stanza. Looks like invoice2go requires you to be on an active internet connection before it finalizes the printing operation.

I cannot save my Invoice2go invoices to a pdf file anymore. The software does not appear to be functioning properly. Can you help? Is there a fee for this service?


Invoice2go is paid software. I am assuming you must have downloaded 30 day trail version.
If you like the software purchase, else on google, search for INVOICE2GO alternative.. You might get some free ones.

Check your firewall and anti-virus or internet security...if you able to check the mail you must be able to print...hance try pressing Ctrl+P, here you check the Print Preview and give print..Further result pelase let us know..thanks for using Fixya...Good Luck

We use it to print out final invoices & everything prints fine except the bottom right hand corner where the invoice total is listed is left blank & prints a second page that reads "ERROR:timeout,...
