I would say try another manufacturer !
Are you sure that your driver is correctly installed and you label size correct?
This looks like you have a longer label than you real ones.

The ink is not rolling back on the second roller once the label has printed.

First make sure that the Take up Spool is properly installed in the printer. There are "Notches" in the take up spool that need to mess to drive the Take up spool.

Next, make sure that you have the printer set up for THERMAL TRANSFER and not DIRECT THERMAL if your using a printer driver or label printing program.

Good Luck

I CANT LOAD THE RIBBON AND LABELS AND THE PRINTER DOESNT RESPOND

It does look a little strange inside, but here's the manual:
http://tinyurl.com/yb2rpd4

Loading the Media, p 12
Loading the Ribbon, p 17

Be sure the ribbon comes off the spool clockwise, and the labels come off the spool counterclockwise. Look carefully at the pictures in the manual and you should be able to load it ok.
Also be sure to close the printhead (the purple handle that holds down the ribbon and labels) to the 6:00 position when you're done. Then close the covers, turn it on and try it out.

Hope this helps you! If so, please leave a rating.

Zebra 140xiIIIPlus w/ attached cutter, cutter will not cut labels

For the cutter to work it is necessary to instruct the printer to "Use the cutter" This setting is usually accessible in the printer driver. Your label program interacts with the printer driver. Ensure that the cutter option is selected in the printer driver.

Zebra S600, Recieves data, but does not print

Go into the printer driver and select print a test page, does it print out?
If so then try printing from your label software, it should work, if not then it is your software that is at fault.
If the test page does not print out then check all the settings in the print driver, so they are the same as the physical label.
If non of this helps then go to www.lancerlabels.co.uk and do a live chat to Michael.

The factory default setting for the S600 is thermal transfer (ribbon). depending on your OS there is a command that can be echoed to the printer to change the setting to direct transfer (non ribbon). It sounds like your printer thinks is should use a ribbon and in fact you are not using a ribbon. Here is the procedure I use to get the ribbon motor to turn on:
1. start with the printer turned off.
2. open the printhead, retract the ribbon completely onto the supply spool. leave the printhead open.
3. Press and hold the top three buttons (PAUSE, FEED and CANCEL) while turning on the printer. When the botom couple lights turn off release the buttons.
4. When you are left with the power light on and the printhead light blinking reinstall the ribbon and close the printhead.

The printer will autoclaibrate and run a sensor test.
Once complete the take up motor should have turned on and you should be able to use thermal transfer labels and a ribbon.

AS400 Spool files stuck in outq in send mode

I have WiFi Zebra QL420. In my case a simple header label prints fine then the complex label (many fields, barcode, lines & boxes) gets stuck. Labels are in separate spol files. We have many other labels printing fine, just this one ALWAYS gets stuck.
If I send same data from PC to printer it works fine.
I can see with ethernet sniffer that header label data goes but complex label doesn't even leave the iSeries. My sniffer is too crude to tell me what LPR level protocol is saying.
