Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Your Xbox could stop connecting to your router for various reasons. I would first try power cycling your router / modem.
1.) Unplug your router, and modem if you have one, for a minimum of 30 seconds. 2.) Plug your modem back up first, if you don't have a modem, just plug up your router. 3.) Wait 60 seconds and try to connect again.
If that didn't work, try moving your Xbox to another room or area in the house, or perhaps you need to try moving your router. If you have cleared the settings, then I would suggest opening the ports on your router. I could explain how, but you haven't specified your type of router.
Your best bet is to call your Internet Service Provider (Bellsouth, AOL, Charter, etc.) and have them fix the solution and troubleshoot you through your problem.
Again, I wish I could go more in detail on assisting you with your problem, but your router, modem, and ISP are vital information needed to further aid you with this issue. I hope what I've said helps or puts you in the right direction.
