Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
Does your model have an End of Cycle button on the lower right hand side of the control panel? If so, hold it down for 3 seconds and it is cleared need the model number to further diagnose if this does not work another quick fix is to unplug or shut off the breaker for 7 minutes this causes the control to reset please message me back your model number with any further questions as well I await your reply Thanks Rick

The Control Lock prevents unintended use of the washer. You can also use the control lock feature to prevent unintended cycle or option changes during a cycle. When CONTROL LOCKED is lit, all buttons are disabled except for Pause/Cancel and Start.
You can lock the controls while the washer is operating.
