please be careful. if you want to transact business via the internet and the terms are like that, dont just trust them that if they already received the item they will send you the money. don't ever believe people like that unless you'd be meeting in one place wherein you will give the object and the other person will hand over the money to you.

You have to call Nintendo of America @ 1-800-255-3700. When you talk to a representative they will take information from you including the your Wii serial #, the control # on the card and your personal information. Once they have all of that, you will be told to mail the card along with a letter re-stating everything that you have already told them and they will get back to you in 24 hrs within receiving the card....

If you 'formatted' or hard reset, and still has problems, nothing is wrong with the software of the phone. You must talk with your cellphone provider/carrier, as it looks like as its a problem with their SMS service and how it doesn't work when your phone is off...
It could be a hardware issue, but highly unlikely as everything else seems to be fine, other than that one issue.
You have to unplug everything, take the batteries out of all the phones, wait ten minutes and then plug everything back in. Mine does this once or twice a week... they won't give me my money back.
