I take it you are talking about the pins on a motherboard.
They should be labeled. Two are labeled PWR and two more should be labeld RST.
If they are not labeled, short two of them with a screwdriver. If the computer starts, you've found the power switch. Once you've done that, short two more until you hit the reset combination.
