If you are using a Windows/PC, open the Control Panel, then the System folder, then click on the Hardware tab, then Device Driver.
Check the resulting list for items that show a red 'X' indicating that Windows has detected a problem.
If you find one that is related to your F380, highlight and right-click on it and choose 'Uninstall.'
Leaving your printer on, power down the PC and/or restart it.
Windows should find a 'new device' and put the correct drivers in place.
This MAY (nothing certain) correct your problem.

SOURCE: I have a Lexmark x4975
This problem is very common and there are few fixes, most of which are temporary. To fix this permanently, you need to install the updated and the proper driver for your printer compatible with Windows 7. It's possible that your system was upgraded from Windows Vista or I may be wrong, but Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 was included with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and so in reality you don't need to reinstall it. The problem happens when there's incompatible hardware driver (in your case your printer's driver) with Windows 7. First of all, uninstall the install driver for your printer, I would recommend uninstall every application of Lexmark installed on your computer. Once it's done, restart your computer, go to the Lexmark Official website download page and then download the driver for your Windows 7 (32 bit or 64 bit?) and then install it. This should fix the problem permanently.
Your Printer's model download page is HERE,
Save the download and then install it. I hope you know how to install it. Make sure your printer is disconnected before you begin installing the driver and reconnect it later only when you are prompted/asked to do so.
Let me know if you need further help.
Thanks for using FixYa.
