If you know the manufacturer of your machine, Dell, or Emachine for instance, you can go online, download the driver and then search for it this way: Right click My Computer, go to properties. Then click on the tab that says Hardware. Then click Device Manager and scan for your driver. If you know your machines serial number, you can normally search for your drivers online by using that serial number.

try uninstalling your burning software and drivers roll back the driver on the drive disable your antivirus and fire wall after disconnecting from the internet an run a fresh install of the drives drivers and software. if asked to keep present driver or replace choose replace present driver. this should fix you up.

Problem with Microsoft WINMM WDM Audio capability driver

type the Make and Model
of your Computer in the provided field. It will come up with a list of
drivers. Select the audio driver and download and
install it. Even if you get the message that the driver has not been
tested go ahead with the install anyway.

If your CD Driver is not working, try researching it in the internet. Go to the Compaq website and type your laptop model so it will find the right driver for your laptop. Once you find it, download and try to install it.

just remove the uaa bus and other audio driver if present then reload the uaa then load the driver,if the problem persists then visit the manufacture website and download the latest drivers for the sound
