I have a EuroVox ex1000 sl, but i keep getting scrambled channels? i am looking for an update or any other solution that might help me get the channels.

Hi,

if you need to manually enter the keys a different procedure is required to previous versions of the firmware.

To access the key entry screen try the following:

On the remote press "Menu".
Highlight "Language Settings" and press "OK".
Highlight "1st audio lang" or "2nd audio lang" or "Subtitle lang" NOT "Menu language", then press the buttons 1,9,6,8 in order.
The key entry screen should now be visible.
Use the left/right arrow keys or "FAV" button to find the "NagraVision" screen which contains the keys for UK service providers.

to reveal the "Emulation" and "EMM Capture" Highlight "Menu language"
