If you dont mind losing everything on the ipod -- connect to your computer and sync with your iTunes. This will replace everything on the ipod with the contents of your itunes.
If this is not what you want, you will need to google - removing songs from ipod this will give you various ways depending on your set up on how to get the tracks off your ipod without going through itunes.
If it says connect to iTunes and its a screen of a USB cable going to the iTunes symbol, then connect and restore your iPod or try holding the power/sleep button and home button on iPod to reboot.
I have a very easy solution for this. But let me warn ou that this will cause a permanent loose of all kind of data stored on your ipod.
Connect your ipod touch to your pc.
Hold both home and power button until it restarts and shows connect to itunes sign.
Now your itune will ask you to restore it.
After the proccess is done you will have your ipod unlocked and back to its factory settings
plug in your ipod to your computer open up itunes and when your ipod appears under the devices section click on it and then under summary you can restore and reset the ipod
Go on to itunes and plug your mp3 in to your computer and download it and salect which tunes you want. If it dose not work
there is somethind wrong whith your mp3
Connect to iTunes, go to the settings menu of your iPod (click on the picture of your ipod on the bar on the side.) Then click "restore my ipod's settings," or something similar to that. You will have to re-sync your ipod, but your password will be removed. hope it helps
press and hold the home and power buttons, when it turns off DO NOT let go of the home button continue holding until it restores itself then connect it to your computer and restore it. unfortunately it will erase everything.
Try turning off your ipod, holding the home button, and plugging it in, while still holding the home button, until a picture of the ipod cable appears pointing to the itunes symbol. this will reset you ipod, and you don't need the passcode to make it usable again.
