Question about Canonical Ltd. Ubuntu
When I try to shut down the computer, it just shows me the Ubuntu symbol and it won't turn off, if I press the power button, it doesn't do anything.
How can i solve this problem?

then the next time you shut down after this time the computer should be fine.

I had the same problem. Its with drivers. if you have any drivers for your computer, you have to install them.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
