Proview 3200 tv
Sounds like the vga on the board has gone wanky I would look for a replacement on ebay nothing really you can do with this besides replace the pcb board with the processor on it.

I have a ProView flat panel also. It had a beautiful picture one minute and the next time I looked up everything was blue. I turned it off and on again and now I have a grid pattern that seems to be missing parts of the picture where the lines on the grid are.
Any suggestions?
