If analog dial-timer is lagging, then clock motor has gotten weak and is overheating and will stop working. There are no replacement parts for this timer.

If timer is new, then it has 1 year limited warranty.

Analog timers have small clock motor that rotates dial, and the motor gets slow as it ages.
Sometimes the motor sticks at the tripper, instead of pushing the on-off lever.
There are no replacement clock modules for this timer.

Try timer on different outlet and different circuit breaker and on different load to check if outlet polarity or load noise is causing problem.
If more than one timer has same problem, test outlet with circuit analyzer.

Cant change time on coralife power bar. how do i do this?

It depends on which Zilla product you have.
Resourceful do-it-yourselfer can add a comment after identifying product on following link and downloading manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#zilla

1) Digital timer has to be programmed.
If timer worked correctly before, and stopped working you might need AG13 replacement battery.
Or take battery out for several minutes to reset timer.
If timer will not reset or program with new battery, timer might have gone bad.
You can also use cheap circuit analyzer and check that circuit is clean and not interfering with timer electronics.
Programming manual on link above is best place to start for programming steps, and then add a comment if you are stuck on particular part of manual.

2) Analog timer has segments located on dial.
These segments are lifted up or pushed down to control on-off functions.
You can pull a few segments up and leave others down and then manually rotate dial clockwise to observe when power turns on-off. This will tell you exactly how to set segments.

3) All models of Zilla power strips are 2-channel.
Each have blue and yellow outlets, and each color correspond strictly to day or night.
Daytime outlets are blue.
Nighttime outlets are yellow.

1) View Zilla product and manuals at following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#Zilla

2) Zilla is aquarium timer, and astronomic-type timer, and 2-channel timer, that breaks 24-hour day into strict night and day settings.

3) Manual says: both yellow and blue outlets cannot be on at the same time
Yellow outlets are daytime hours.
Blue outlets nighttime hours.
If you have analog timer, daytime hours show on dial with dark background.

4) You need to plug into both blue and yellow outlets to set times that run continuously from 5am to 11pm.

5) To solve problem might require different timer altogether.
Link posted above shows different Utilitec, Woods, Westek, and GE power strips models that might suit your exact purpose better.

First be sure dial is actually turning. Are the trippers tight on the dial? Sometimes when the gears and motors are going bad, the dial will turn until it gets to the tripper, then stops. It doesn't have enough forct to trip the switch. You can buy just a motor if that's the problem. www.intermatic.com

I am having problems setting up coralife aqualight power center

You need to plug them into the two yellow outlets, not the blue ones. The blue outlets are for night lights if you have them. Set the timer for 6 and stop at 12am. If you plug them into the two yellow outlets they should go on at 6 and turn off at 12, however If you also plug something into the blue outlets they will turn on as soon as the yellow outlets turn off, it's sopposed to switch from your day lights to your night moon lights automatically provided you got the moon lights plugged in the blue outlets. Hope this helps....

Hello I lost my instructions for theej351c, can you help?

1. Move control lever to OFF-CLEAR for at least 5 seconds; red indicator light will go
off, and all previous time settings will be cleared from memory. (If timer fails to set, leave in off
position for 15 minutes.)
2. Move lever to ON. RED INDICATOR will start FLASHING.
3. Check a clock; then rotate time dial clockwise at least one click, stopping at the half
hour nearest to present time. NOTE: When rotating time dial, do NOT accidentally PRESS at
the same time. (While rotating dial, keep pressure, pulling out on the dial to avoid accidentally
setting an incorrect time.)
4. Press pushbutton once to enter present time. RED INDICATOR will go OFF, present
time has now been recorded.
5. Rotate time dial clockwise to desired ON time; RED light will PULSE momentarily
with each click.
6. Press pushbutton to enter ON time; controlled light(s) will turn on.
7. Rotate dial to desired OFF time.
8. Press pushbutton to enter OFF time; controlled light(s) will now be off.
9. Repeat Steps 5-8 for each addition ON/OFF period.
10. Continue to rotate time dial for at least 24 hours from the first ON time to complete
this program, at which time the RED INDICATOR light will come ON and stay ON,
indicating timer is in AUTOMATIC mode. NOTE: Dial does not rotate automatically
after setting to indicate time of day.
