Possible that the earpiece is defective and needs a change, you can plug in an external headphone to confirm. if the sound is clear then your earpiece needs to be changed.
Open remove and replace with the same type.

I haved the same problem, but i got off the protective foil and now it sounds perfectly fine. So, that foil was the problem
