Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Lemme guess: You've opened it up before. There are is a small silicone rectangle under the analog stick. This piece of silicone has gold threads running through it. You may have disturbed it and not put it back correctly. It causes constant scrolling, normally in the downwards direction. Try to put it back correctly; this could be difficult though, and it will be trial and error, as you cannot see the gold threads well.
