Question about Magellan GPS
It can be caused due to the device not being charged completely or the settings are corrupted
To resolve the issue, please charge the device for 3 to 4 hours and then perform a soft reset on the device.
There must be a soft reset switch at the bottom of the device. You need to press it with the help of a ball tip pen or a pin. This should turn on the device.
If the issue still persists then it is the battery that has gone bad. You will need to replace it. If it is within the warranty period then contact the magellan support and have it replaced else you can contact a local repair shop and have it replaced
