When you un-install and reinstall please have your Printer removed off- the cable taken off from the PC . Connect only after the new installation is done as the PC will recognize the printer as a new hardware and install.
hope this works or your PC has errors in the OS.

Hi I have a HP LaserJet 1320 Printer and when sending multiple documents it is pausing between them. I have to press the Green button to make them print, until the start of a new document when I have to...

Is the paper size set on the computer for the size of paper you are printing to?
Usually if you have to give a 'thumbs up' to the printer is because it is trying to print on an different size paper.

Mp250 canon user intervention required problem

Clear pause printing
  1. From the Windows Desktop, select Start , Settings , and Printers .
  2. Right-click the HP LaserJet printer icon that is being used.
  3. Select the Work Offline or Pause Printing option (if enabled) to remove the check.
  4. Print the document again.
Establish parallel connection
  1. Turn off the printer or remove the printer from the network.
  2. Connect the printer to the PC using a parallel cable.
  3. Power on the printer.
  4. Print the document again. NOTE: If the User Intervention Required message reappears, disable or remove any HP LaserJet software utilities loaded on the system (for example, Status Window, HP Toolbox, etc.). Prove printer functionality and troubleshoot communications; try printing again.
Uninstall and reinstall the driver After performing a cold reset on a product installed with USB, a higher DOT4_00x port is created, causing the printer to hang while printing. NOTE: This is required with products installed on a USB port only.
  1. Uninstall the USB printer driver.
  2. Remove the HP folder and AIO folder from the hard drive.
  3. Reinstall the USB printer driver.
CAUSE: This error can occur if when using a network or printing from a laptop. When the print job goes into a pending status, the printer is either in Work Offline or Pause Printing mode. Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Thanks.
Have a good day.

After pausing a printing job, my printer has gone offline

Go to Printers & Faxes, open your printer (the window where you see the documents being printed), and from the upper menu leftmost item (Printer) uncheck the option "Work offline" or similar. Then try resuming or restarting print.

My hp deskjet 3550 does not print

Unistall the printer(software) then let Windows reinstall the printer, only you have the drivers downloaded(from website link below) and tell it , the computer, where to find them, when asked.

Strange printing issue.., need assistance ASAP!!

when it receives the test page and doesn't react
1-does it go back to ready?
2-do you have to physically hit ther green button?

If everyone else can print ok then it can't be the printer !!!!
and you can ping it with no problem,
1-are you sure it is set correctly go to the properties setting under device settings is everything ok.
2-I suspect his driver is bad, try to reinstall.\
3-you can try to do a cold reset, although I don't think it will do anything since it's mainly one user problem.

HP Photosmart 3210

Try reinstalling your display drivers. you'll be surprised how dependent printers are on display drivers. Try changing the font as well.

Do you get any error messages once you click the print button? is it sending to the correct printer?
