Question about Computers & Internet
Sounds like malware to me. Try these options in this order.
1. Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features or Add and remove programs.
2. Find the program called something like "Questbrowse" and uninstall it.
It is fails or comes back, download http://www.malwarebytes.org/ free version and scan your computer for malware.
You might need to uninstall other software that you recently loaded which would have loaded Questbrowser in the background. Did you install anything recently? That could be the original perpetrator.
