Hello iam vishal
i will tell the solution
1)it could be the problem that wiring could be loose
2)video driver could be damaged
3)cmos battery expired (normally it has 5 years stability)
solutions---
!)remove all wires and put them back again
2)open cpu ,there you will find a cmos battery like coin cell
3)remve it wait for 5 minutes and put it back in same positon (but same terminal like if there were +ve with -ve put like same only)
remove hard disk ,vga card and clean it and put it back in same positon
4)restart the pc and if it loads it is good! otherwise keep the pc on for 1-2 hrs and then restart
5)or if the problem is not solved replace the cmos battery
6)the problem should be fixed
7)if it is not fixed call a pc operator to repalce motherboard
these could only be the solutions for such problems

Power off your computer and remove the smps 24 pin connector to the motherboard and short the green and black pin and see if the SMPS is working if not replace the smps next connect the smps 24 pin connector to the motherboard then remove the memory from the slot and clean with a cloth and place it back in the slot then remove the processor fan from the socket and clean it with cloth and also the processor and apply a thin layer of heat sink solvent and fix them firmly to the socket if still not working remove the memory and switch on the computer if you hear beep then the problem is with the memory card

Cannot Display From Monitor

How long have you waited for it to boot? I know some servers take forever before they send a signal to the monitor. However, if you're get the monitor test screen or "no signal" screen, this usually is a sign that the monitor is not getting any signal from the server, indicating a bad cable or loose connection or the like (though not always if it's still booting). Have you looked in the server cabinet to make sure nothing is broke on the on-board connection or something? Is the DVI port you mentioned on the external PCI card? What does it plug into? I'm guessing you've checked for any installed video cards. Is there another port on the front or anything under a panel?

Monitor will not boot up is reading no input signal

So either the computer isn't generating a video signal, the cable isn't carrying the signal to the monitor, or else the monitor isn't capable of receiving a video signal. To test this, first try a video cable that you know is good, in case your cable is bad, If it works with the other cable, the problem was your original video cable. If it still doesn't work, put your original cable back, and hook another computer up to the monitor. If the monitor makes the same message, the problem is with the monitor. If the other computer works when connected to this monitor, your problem was that the original computer isn't booting (which could be due to several reasons I will list below), or the video adapter is broken.Possible reasons for the computer not booting: bad power supply, bad power button, bad hard drive, bad memory, bad motherboard component. If you determine that it isn't booting, unplug everything except the keyboard mouse monitor and power cord, to see if that makes a difference. If it boots after that, something you unplugged was causing the problem, plug them each back in one by one, rebooting in between, and when it stops booting properly, the last thing you plugged in is causing the problem.

Monitor showing no signal and button not working

The monitor needs a signal ( source), i.e., DVD, TV, to show a picture. If your monitor shows no signal then either the source is not connected or not functioning. Check the connections from the monitor to the source. Also, check that the source is functioning properly and is receiving power.

My computer will turn on but my monitor does not get a signal and I've tried this on two working monitors and two different power chords. The lights on the keyboards don't even work. Any solution?

I was just dealing with this last night. My pc would come on, but I kept getting a "No Signal" message on my monitor. I first plugged the machine into a known working monitor. It worked fine so that eliminated the video card issue. Then I plugged the monitor into a different computer...it too worked. So I knew that the monitor was good. I then switched the cord from the faulty monitor and still didn't get a signal. I proceeded investigating the issue. I found that if you boot the machine in safe mode, it actually caught a signal. So...I figured it must be something to do with the resolution. My solution: Boot the machine in safe mode, change the resolution in the control panel and reboot the machine. If it doesnt catch the signal booting in safe mode, I suspect it is a faulty video card. You are likely to find what you are looking for online at zipzoomfly.com or newegg.com

No input signal flashing, but computer is booting

We need to narrow down the problem first. Let make sure that it is not the problem with the monitor by hooking it up the other PC, or hook up PC to another monitor to see if you still get the same problem with new monitor attached to it. The VGA cable can be bad also.

Screen comes on says Acer then No Signal, and goes out. if shut power off and then back on get same result.

This means the monitor believes it's not connected to the computer. Verify the cables first of all. Then try booting in safe mode (F8 key at PC startup) in order to verify that the PC is sending data to the proper video port (you might have a dual VGA / Digital output, for example, and the monitor might be connected to the wrong PC port). Quite often, a "bad signal" will be the same of "no signal"; and you can have a bad signal if the monitor resolution on the PC is set too high. This could happen if you installed a high-resolution capable monitor, and then replaced it with a not-completely-plug-and-play, lower resolution one. The PC would keep sending hi-res signals to a monitor which can neither interpret them, nor tell the PC "please slow down". To check this last possibility, reboot your computer while the monitor is ON. When PCs reboot, they usually drop back to standard VGA signaling, which all monitors understand. If the monitor abruptly comes to life and displays a boot screen, then goes No Signal again after several seconds, you've got a resolution issue; get in Safe Mode with F8 key at boot, and modify the screen properties (right-mouse button on the desktop, then Properties).

If everything else fails, try also connecting the monitor to another PC or laptop, to see if it works there.

Gateway FPD1760TFT LCD monitor

Problem
1. turn on computer
2. monitor receives signal, it looks like its working
3. it goes through some steps and then the monitor says "no signal" and kind of stays in limbo with fans running, etc.

Solution
One possibility is that computer is looking for drivers for you video card. It could be hung up looking in the wrong places. Remove all peripheral hard drives and memory sticks. Try again.
