Hi, in order to copy all the contacts from phone to PC you need to use the PC Suite or the Software application provided by the phone manufacturer. All popular phones like Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson will provide software to sync and backup phone contacts to PC. Please download the Software application or PC Suite from the particular phone manufacturer website.
