Question about Nikon Cameras
If there is any possibility that you have been to the sea coast or a hill station , then it is possible that moisture condensation would have resulted in causing this fault.
Please use a hair dryer to heat off the camera - just a bit far away so as to warm and NOT HEAT.
Repeat this for some time with the battery removed and into the battery compartment.
Also discharge off all voltage by pressing on all the keys-menu, power etc.
if this wont solve then there are errors in the main board and will need a detailed check within.
