There is an Aux input on the B & O. you can connect the I-pod to through this input. You will need a 3.5mm phono to 2 RCA cable connector. The phono jack goes to the I-pods headphone socket and the RCA ( Red & White ) jacks goes to the B & O Aux input.Hook up an iPod to Beosound2000 system?? - bobhifi_28.jpg

May I add, try to buy an extra long cable so that it will reach the I-pod at a comfortable distance. Rather than hanging the -pod on the end of the cable !!!.

How to connect Ipod touch to the system

Samsung offers the ability connect your iPod to the receiver with an iPod docking cradle (included). Your iPod effectively becomes another Samsung component flowing through the system.
That is from the samsung site and there should be a dock that came with the system that you would plug in and be able to hook up you ipod to the system.
The manual is located here http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/HT-X710

It has an iPod 24-pin jack in the back or you could use USB. Refer to the iPod manual.

How can I hook an iPod touch to a coby dvd968?

It has a USB port that you may be able to us with your iPod's sync cable (I'm not familiar with this Coby model) but you can always hook an iPod to any stereo or home theater using a mini jack to RCA stereo audio cable, just plug one end into the headphone jack on the iPod and the red/white cables go into an audio input in back (or front) of stereo or home theater. Good Luck.

Hook up ipod to LG stereo LHT784

iPod compatible usually means there's an auxiliary jack available for the iPod, which you can connect to with a 1/8th to 1/8th cable. You can pick up one of those at RadioShack, they're pretty inexpensive.

It connects the headphone jack of your iPod to the stereo.

Ipod Hook-up

Ipod's utilize headphone jack style connectors which can be purchased just about anywhere electronics are sold, however most dvd players utilize RCA jacks so you must purchase an adapter from ipod jack to RCA jack it runs usually about $10-25.00 also you can purchase a FM transmitter kit for about the same price but sound quality is not as good so my suggestion is go for rca converter and hook it up to audio input in back of dvd player or stereo for best quality.
