Motorola cable modem sb5101 the receive light blink an the same as the send light

If you are able to access the internet this is a normal operating status. These lights are just letting you know there is activity present with the modem and the modem is sending and receiving information with your provider.

Motorola modem sb5100 lighting up good all the way except for pc/activity light flashing at a faster rate then normal, is my modem bad?

Check if your computer is downloading anything from the internet / doing any windows updates. Often all this means is that it's busy downloading stuff. So long as it's working and not overheating I'd say that your modem is fine.

Receive, send, and activity lights are all blinking but online light is off

Power Cycle the modem if the 4 lights do not go solid you would want to contact your cable provider to ensure signal is being received properly to modem.
