The DC3200 uses Compact Flash cards. You can read all about them and see pictures at

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Is there usb connector for kodak dc3200

No, unfortunately you can't connect your camera to your computer via USB cable, only with a much slower RS-232 serial cable. See this illustration and description: http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/digCam/dc3200/ownerManual/ch052.shtml
P.S. If this helped you to solve the problem (or at least brought some clarification) - rate this solution with 4 thumbs up! But before you would give a negative rating - post a comment, so I could improve my solution to satisfy your needs. Thank you!

How can i fix a kodax m320 when the photo's say unrecognized file format?

Hi,

Pictures can only be viewed from your camera, if it was taken by your camera or the same model. If this picture was taken from this camera, chances are, you might have altered it when you browsed it with your computer. You may try to re-orient this picture to it's original orientation using your computer. If this does not work, Back up all pictures into a folder in your computer. Reformat your memory stick using your camera and start taking pictures again.

I hope this works for you. Kindly reply for further assistance. Good Luck!
Thanks for using Fixya!

I bought a 4GB Kodax memory card for my vivitar digital camera and it's not working. It said card error.

Check the little tab on the side of the SD card to make sure it is not locked. If that doesn't do it, take the batteries and SD card out, wait 30 seconds, then re-insert the batteries and SD card. If all else fails, read the manual on how to format (or reformat) an SD card. In either case an pictures stored on the card will be lost.

Kodax 8.2 mega pixels

I found this part of the manual helpful:

www.kodak.com/global/plugins/acrobat/en/service/manuals/urg00239/CX7330_GLB_en.pdf

You have to set the storage to internal memory, then you can copy to a memory card.

Hope that helps!
