Facebook has a photo policy where you can not post pictures of a child under the age of 13 without the parents consent. regardless of if the picture is yours or not. facebook is allowed to make any rule they want and if you dont follow it they will delete the pictures and eventually delete your facebook account. sounds to me like the one of the parents of your grandson does not want the photos on facebook. all they have to do is report that the photo is of thier kid and the kid is under 13 and facebook will remove it. they are the parents after all and what they say goes regarding what pictures of thier child are posted online. better to just respect thier wishes before they call the police. i actually found the facebook reporting link that they are probably using. click on this link below and you can view it:

Facebook page photo albums

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you saying you CAN'T view photos in an album? Regardless... From the left side bar, click photos (or, from your page, click photos), then click albums, to view the various albums. Then, click the album that contains the the pictures you want to view.

Facebook says my grandson is ineligible to join. all his friends are members.he is very upset. please help ASAP

Well Your grandson must be 13 years Old to Join Facebook but if you says his friends are already a member than maybe they tricked facebook by faking their Age ..
You can try that too .. this will solve the problem
Just choose a Lower Birth Year that enables your grandson to be over 13 years of age .

I just joined facebook 3 days ago i put the wrong pic on my profile and every time i try to get on it comes up her facebook and friends how can i cancel and start over

Your Facebook account remains yours even if you cancel.
If all that happened is that the wrong picture was uploaded, you can change that.
Log into Facebook.
Click on Profile at the top of the web page.
Click on Photos tab at the top area of the profile page.
Click the photo you want to change and select change profile picture Link is above the photo)

Facebook accounts are based on email addresses. Your account, once confirmed, will have friends you have added, photos you have uploaded, and postings made by your friends and family.
Your account could have the same friends as someone else. They are called mutual friends.
Please add more information to clarify the problem if this does not help your situation.
