Could someone have changed my password if they knew my address?

Contact Facebook Support.

If you suspect that someone else knows or has changed your password, please reset it so nobody else can sign in to your account. To do so, just enter your username on the password-assistance page.
Account username:

• For Google Accounts without Gmail: the full email address you used to create your account.
• For Google Accounts with Gmail: everything before '@gmail.com'

If you think someone has access to the email address associated with your Google Account, please change the password for your email as well. Learn more about keeping your account secure.
If you're unable to reset your Google Account password, and you can't sign in to your account, you can fill out the account recovery form.

Get an address book and under the appropriate first letter of the site address (Y for Yahoo, G for gmail, etc.) enter every user ID and password for every site you register at. Be careful to hide the book out of sight.

go to https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover
fill in email address field then
click the "forgot my password" link below the password field and you will be sent a link at that email address in order to change the apssword

Your @facebook.com email is an optional email address for your Facebook account, and is based on your username. Email messages that are sent to your @facebook.com email address will be forwarded to the primary email on your Facebook account. Learn how to update your primary email.
Keep in mind that if you send a reply to these forwarded messages, it will come from your primary email address, even though the original message was sent to your Facebook email.
To enable or disable your Facebook email address:

1. Click at the top right of any Facebook page and choose Settings
2. Click the Email section
3. Check or uncheck the box next to Use your Facebook email

sure if you knew the email address that was used and the password. Then you could factory reset it and create a new Apple Id with password.

You need to contact Customer Support for facebook. Someone didn't hack your password most likely that guessed it, knew it, or stole it. Someone you you most likely.

The emails went to the addressee. If they didn't, you would get a notification saying something like this; "unable to deliver .....".
Someone else who knew the password could read it and delete it. Just a possibility. Or the addressee deleted it accidently.

If someone that you knew like for an example girlfriend or friend, and they got angry at you. They can click on I forgot my password and they can change without you knowing about.

if the website response u incorrect..it's really incorrect if it's correct then its really correct... Maybe there's someone knew your password and change it... that is why u cant access your own account..
try to remember urself if there's someone you told about your password..
