I'm assuming you're referring to your Facebook wall. There isn't really any undelete if you accidentally remove a post, other than the "undo" that pops up instead until the page is refreshed.
If you need a copy, try looking in your email. Depending on your settings, Facebook probably sends you a copy of anything posted to your wall.

Got a virus its sending messeges to friends on chat i didnt wrote

change your passwords.
also delete/remove any recent applications you accepted on facebook.
change your email password.
delete the msg/wall posts you put on your friends wall/inbox.
run an antivirus scan on your computer.
if you dont have a antivirus scanner download one from microsoft
google for microsoft security essentials.

I have posted to other friends' walls, but cannot delete those posts from my wall. I can delete links.

That is because they were posted to someone else's wall. Even if you're the person who posted, you are not permitted to delete posts on someone else's wall.
Hope that helps you to understand a bit.
If you want to be able to delete posts you make, then make themon your own wall.

To delete a post or story from your Wall, follow these steps:

Hover your mouse over the story or post in question.
Click the "Remove" button that appears.
Select "Delete" in the dialogue box.

Note that once you have deleted the content you cannot restore it.

You should also contact the person who posted the video and ask them to take it down, if you know who posted it.
