Question about Washing Machines
This is caused by a defective electrical lid switch, in short the washer sees the lid as not being closed so it will not spin for safety reasons. I would replace the lid switch and that will solve the problem. The Heller line of washers is not sold in the USA (we are a USA based site) so I can't provide the exact parts replacement assistance. The lid switch should be very easy to replace based on other models, it will be located under the top lid of the washer.
