A simple reset was all that was required to fix my problem Thanks to the service manual you sent. It seems that dometic could have provided this info in the instructions.

You don't have the dip switches set right in the control boxes,in the kit you should have gotten step by step instructions on dip switch settings, thats why you are getting the EE code. This manual should help you through it.

I have a Dometic DuoTherm AC/furnace in my RV. Thermostat got knocked off the wall. Now only thing that will work is the fan in the Manual mode. Heat nor air will come on. What could this be.

If you have properly re-attached all the wires to the old or newly installed thermostat, then I would suspect that one or more of the control wires to the heat pump have either been severed or pulled loose from the heat pump.

Contact Dometic direct, with your model and serial number and ask them status on new control box, and if no longer available, what is replacement for it.
here's a link to customer support number and e-mails as well.

Replacing the remote control for rv ac/furnace with standard thermostat

You are aware that the ceiling assy (control box) will most likely need to be replaced as well, to work in conjunction with new thermostat. If you contact dometic ( www.dometicusa) and give them your model number off bottom of roof unit and what thermostat you are trying to install, they will advise what is required.

13500 dometic ac for rv with anilog thermostat

My Unit is only about 5 years old; but it's working great now. I spoke to a man at an RV service department, he suggest replacing the thermostate and Jay box, which is the box inside my roof unit, accessable when I remove the filter. When I replaced the thermostate nothing changed, but the Jay box did the trick. The Jay Box came with a new thermostate anyway, and cost around $80. Good Luck
