Question about GPS
Your GPS has an SD card it is place at the back.The SD card connection got loose re insert the SD card and make sure the SD card snaps in at the socket terminal...

You can try inserting an SD card, and see if that will get the unit operational. If you can't figure out where the SD slot is, take the unit into Best Buy, and one of their techs can show you, or let you know if it doesn't have one (most do). If the unit came with an SD card installed, it could be corrupt or the contact fingers could be slightly oxided, and the card can often be removed and reinserted, making good contact again. If the card is corrupted, try a different card, and see if that helps.
Try the reset button, if the device has one. If that doesn't work, the techs at Best Buy could probably know whether the unit is restorable or not, so take it into them and see if they will just do a quick assessment.
