Question about Keurig Platinum B70 Coffee Maker

1 Answer

How do I do a complete descale on a Keurig B70? I have read lots of problem resolving issues. My issue is the descale light is still on even though I have used vinegar, CLR, a descaler product and lemon juice. When I press for a cup water is drawn (sometimes) into the cup and also releases back into the water resevoir. Then the brew cycle continues with nothing happening.

I just descaled my Keurig B70 last week. All of a sudden, it's telling me to descale again. Is this normal? Should I descale again?

The message "descale" is on and even though we

the best and cheapest descaler is vinegar. Let it sit in the machine for a couple of hours and then run it through a few times. Works wonderfully!

Gets stuck on brewing ....just makes a noise like it wants to brew ...however nothing happens

b70 has a known issue...call the toll free customer support number and give them your serial number...tell them what is happening...they will ship you a replacement at no charge...no...I'm not kidding. I had the same problem as did a co-worker. We all received a replacement and we didn't even have to ship the old unit back.
