Here at Fixya.com we have no way to supply parts of any kind, we are a technical support site. However that said you can take your phone to a company called RADIO SHACK, show them what you need and they should be able to provide the part you need, if not they can most likely tell you where locally you can find it, give them a try the are the best source I know of for this type of part. There are RADIO SHACKS all over the USA and Canada

My new phones will not take a charge

Lets start from scratch. Make sure your wall outlet has power. Plug in a working electrical device such as a lamp, radio or vacuum cleaner. It the wall socket works, plug the base back i the socket and make sure it isnt loose or falls out of the socket. Then make sure the other end of the cord is securely plugged into the base. Also make sure the battery in the handset is sucurely and ?correctly in place and the handset is also surcurely in the crade(base) so the metal contacts of the handset are touching the base metal contacts. U may have to let the phone fully charge overnight for 8 hrs while your sleeping without trying to use it. If this doesnt work, u may need new replacement batteries or a battery pack(whichever your phone has) by taking the origional battery to your local electronic store.

Don't know which outlet to plug in phone cord into on the back of the All In One

Mine has a pictogram of a wall jack on it. If you're stading facing the machine, look over the top to the jacks, it should be (on mine) the most right of the three. The others are comp modem in (middle) and phone line thru (left most). Obviously if you spin it around to face the jacks the left would be phone line IN and so on.

Need a power cord

Most monitors take the same power cord as a desktop power supply or printer. They are available at most stores with computer gear. The monitor spot where you plug in the cord will be a irregular hexagon forming a regular rectangle on one half and three sides on the other. The monitor will have three prongs. The wall outlet plug is a standard grounded plug.

I hope this helps.

You should be able to get an RJ-45 coupler for the cord. It may be a little awkward but should work. Try:

Four prong plug to three prong plug

Is the receptacle in the wall a four prong or three prong. You will have to match the cord on the dryer to the wall recepticle. If the wall is four prong the dryer cord has to be a four prong. The green wire with the yellow line, that is on the end of the dryer cord, is a cabinet ground and should be attached to the cabinet of the dryer and making good contact. The other three wires on the end of the dyrer cord attach to the terminal block.

Scanning problem

Hi,

the black solid line that you were saying, is that vertical or horizontal? But anyways, i just want you to follow these steps...
Step one: Reset the printer
  1. Unplug the all-in-one USB cable from the computer.
  2. Verify the computer and the all-in-one have a three-prong power cord that connects to the power outlet.
  3. Unplug the all-in-one power cord from any power strips or surge protectors, and plug it directly into a wall outlet.
  4. Make a copy or scan, and see if the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.
Step two: Clean the glass and scanner backing
  1. Turn off the all-in-one.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Unplug the power cord from the back of the all-in-one.
  4. Raise the lid.
  5. Clean the glass with a soft dry cloth, or a sponge slightly moistened with non-abrasive glass cleaner or water.
  6. Dry the glass with a chamois, cellulose sponge or soft cotton cloth to prevent spotting.
  7. Clean the white scanner backing with a soft dry cloth or sponge slightly moistened with water, and allow it to dry.

Step three: Try a blank copy
  1. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  2. Plug the power cord into the all-in-one.
  3. Turn the power on.
  4. Close the lid; do not place any paper on the glass.
  5. Load paper in the paper tray.
  6. Do either of the following:
    • Press Start Copy Black to start a black-and-white copy job.
    • Press Start Copy Color to start a color copy job.
  7. Please let me know if the steps didnt resolve your issue.

Thank you so much...

you need to mention is the half print occurring during a print out/scan /photocopy? Follow these steps to try and resolve the issue: Step one: Reset the printer Unplug the all-in-one USB cable from the computer. Verify the computer and the all-in-one have a three-prong power cord that connects to the power outlet. Unplug the all-in-one power cord from any power strips or surge protectors, and plug it directly into a wall outlet. Make a copy or scan, and see if the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step. NOTE: If the scanner bulb is not lit during a copy or scan, the product needs service. Step two: Clean the glass and scanner backing Turn off the all-in-one. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Unplug the power cord from the back of the all-in-one. Raise the lid. Clean the glass with a soft dry cloth, or a sponge slightly moistened with non-abrasive glass cleaner or water. CAUTION: Do not use abrasives, acetone, benzene, or carbon tetrachloride on the glass; they can damage it. Do not place or spray liquid directly on the glass; the liquid might seep under the glass and damage the device. Dry the glass with a chamois, cellulose sponge or soft cotton cloth to prevent spotting. Clean the white scanner backing with a soft dry cloth or sponge slightly moistened with water, and allow it to dry. Step three: Try a blank copy Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. If the output is a full/half-black page, or has vertical black lines, the product needs service. Step four: Service the product If you have completed all of the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service your product.
