Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2 for PC
Sounds like the program (Paint) may have been deleted or is corrupt. If you have your original disc for Win XP, you should be able to reload it from there. Use the Add/Remove function and on the left side, select "windows components" button. Look for Paint under the Accessories category.
