I recommend that you shutdown your computer(full shutdown not a restart). Once that is done, go ahead and update your browser to the newest version. Not sure what you have, so here are the top 3.
Once that is done, visit the Adobe Flash link to update your flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
